News (November 2012)
Myndtown combined parish are currently updating their parish plan, and would like members of the public to get involved in the plans development.

A parish plan is a community led consultation to get people’s views on what’s good and bad about living in the area, and what the priorities should be for the future of the parish. Myndtown parish did their first parish plan in 2006 and are now reviewing it to help make sure the plan is up to date and meets the aspirations of the local community.

The review of the plan will take place in 2013 and we’re looking for members of the community to join the steering group to over-see the plan. If you have an interest in the parish; are a member of a community group or have a particular interest in a specific issue such as the environment, transport, footpaths or the school we’d really like to hear from you. The new plan will help the parish council and Shropshire Council set the priorities of the parish in the coming years. To make sure the views of the community are included in the plan we need you to get involved!

For more details about the plan please contact
